Shri Shankersinh Vaghela, Minister of Textiles accompanied by Textile Ministry officials and office bearers of Apparel Export Promotion Council and Textile Export Promotion Council visited Greece from 27 to 30 January. He met with Development Minister, Mr. Christos Folias. Deputy Development Minister, Mr. Stavros Kalafatis and Industry Secretary General, Mr. Meletios Tzaferis were present on the occasion. The Minister also addressed meetings organised by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hellenic Clothing Industry Association and Hellenic Fashion Industry Association. The delegation members also held meetings with Greek businessmen in the textile and garment industry.
