India Visa Application Service Center
All Greek nationals require a visa to visit India. They must have a passport valid for at least another 6 months with at least 2 blank pages for visa and arrival/departure stamps. Application for visa will only be received at the INDIA VISA APPLICATION SERVICES CENTRE at the following address:

As part of the outsourcing services an additional service charge of Euro 17.73 including taxes per passport will be payable in addition to the applicable visa fees.
Visa fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in cases where a visa already issued is cancelled thereafter.

EXEMPTION FROM VISA REQUIREMENT
|
Nationals of Bhutan and Nepal do not require visa for entering India. However, nationals of Nepal require visa if they enter India from China, which may be granted without charging any fee.
Nationals of Maldives are exempted from visa provided their stay does not exceed 90 days. |

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS TO INDIA
The Government of India has issued following instructions to ensure proper use of al categories of the Tourist Visa :
- In respect of foreign national holding Tourist Visas with a multiple entry facility, there should be a gap of at least two months between two visits to India on such a Tourist Visa.
- If any foreign national is required to visit the country again within a period of two months of his last exit, such foreign national should obtain special permission from the Indian Embassy / Consulate concerned. Such re-entry within the stipulated gap of two months may be permitted only in emergency situations. In all cases a confirmed itinerary and documentation in support of emergency will be required.
- In all cases the passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
- All such requests will be considered on merits of each case by the Indian Embassy.
- In all such cases, the foreign national should register himself/herself with the FRRO/FRO concerned within 14 days of arrival.
- The foreign nationals who possess Business / Employment / Medical / Diplomatic Visas or have OCI / PIO cards are not covered by the above provisions.
- Miscellaneous Consular fee of Euro 25 + Euro 17.73 (as service charge of the India Visa Application Services Center) will be charged for making the endorsement in the valid foreign passport. The application has to be submitted at the Indian Visa Application Services Center.
- In respect of the expiry of the previous Tourist Visa and application for a new Tourist Visa, a gap of at least one month will be required.
