    Embassy of India, in association with the International School of Athens, organised a painting competition for school children on the occasion of Children's Day (November 14, the birth anniversary of Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India). The competition was for children from 5 to 16 years. 220 children of different nationalities from various international schools in Athens participated in the competition held at the International School of Athens on 15 November 2008. Three best entries each from four different age groups will be given prizes by the Embassy.
